have a set of jks quick disconnect and am trying to install the Spherical Bushing.
any sugestions on how to do that? or know where i can have it done?

I've never done those before, but if it's anything like the bushing on shocks can't you rub a little oil on it and press it in with a vise or pair of channel-locks?

I'm not that familiar with JKS, but what do you mean by spherical? Anyway you can post a picture of it? I would throw it on for ya, but I'm probably a bit far from you.

Vise, channel locks, c-clam or hammer. None worked.
Even took it to Pep Boys to have them press them in but they couldn't get them in.

sorry,
not sure how they got them in but they messed 2 of them up. one has a big shash around the part the sleve goes thru and the other has a big gouge out of it.

I have the same set up on my tj, i used grease on the bushings. i placed the sway bars ends on a 2x4, and pushed bushings in with another 2x4

Spherical Bushing (supplied with N or O) Each PN 00475 $3.50

They are a 2 piece part directly from jksmfg.com

Without the center metal sleeve they flex and distort enough to press in with a vice. The center metal bushing/sleeve is a separate part.
