 Newbie Run Saturday April 19th Badlands Attica IN
Newbie Run - Our 1st club event of the year. It gives people a chance who are new to the hobby, or are just checking it out the opportunity to get out and see what there Jeep vehicle can do. We encourage everyone to come out for this event whether you are brand new to the hobby or have been wheeling for 10 years. There is always something new to learn or share with the group. For more information Click here. this is a free event (you still have to pay park admission) just bring food to be cooked on our CJ-7 grill known as Bubba.
GLJT Show N Shine - Sunday June 22nd Grove number 28 Busse woods (off of golf road)
This is GLJT 2nd event of the year, While there is no wheeling this is a chance to get together with some friends and check out other people rigs and get some ideas for your own. more information will be posted as the date gets closer this event is also free.
GLJT Summer Bash July 18th - 20th Badlands Attica IN
GLJT 3rd event of the year, this is where old friends get together and nicknames/ handles are earned. If you have never been to one of our summer bashes before you must check this out. it is three days of wheeling at the badlands with a Saturday night dinner that is cooked by GLJT Member BEAR on our Bubba CJ-7 Grill. there is always tons of food and dinner is included in the summer bash fee. this is our big wheeling event of the year. more info as the date gets closer.
GLJT 4X4 Toys 4 Tots parade Sunday December 14th
GLJT T4T is our biggest and most important event of the year. This is a 4x4 parade down lake shore drive all the way to the marine base on foster, 200+ 4x4's down lake shore drive, delivering toys to the marine base with a GLJT after party what a great way to spend a Sunday morning. more information as it becomes available.

| I'm assuming all of you guys are aware of the HUGE biker toys for tots parade that flows down Western every year? 30,000 bikes to be close to exact.

Most of the 4x4 community has heard the rumors and talk of a new off road park opening in a small town very near to the Chicago area, Marseilles IL.
After more than a year of meetings in Springfield for DNR grants, and meetings with the residents and town board in Marseilles, the park is finally a reality. A lot of the thanks has to go to local enthusiasts who showed up in force weekend after weekend for trail and fence building.
